The M88 Mansion Invitational 2023 Cosplay Competition is open to all individuals 21 years of age or older, with the exception of employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition, as well as residents of countries where participation in such games is not allowed under applicable law.

Only participants from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, China, India, Korea, and Japan are eligible to participate.

The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be submitted via the Facebook platform, with the post set to public and including the hashtags #M88Mansion, #M88Cosplay, and #M88Esports.

Only one entry per person is permitted, and duplicate entries will be deleted and the entrant will be restricted from further entries.

The opening date for entries is December 16, 2022, at 0000 hrs (GMT+8), and the closing date is January 31, 2023, at 0900 hrs (GMT+8).

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, malfunctions, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failures of any kind.

The top three entries with the most likes on the social media platforms where the post is posted will be chosen as the winners and will be announced by February 5, 2023.

Winners will be contacted via their Facebook accounts to claim their prizes of USD$1000 each. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being notified and provide a postal address to claim their prize.
The prize will be delivered to the winner within 31 days of notification and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.

The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or similar value. The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or to withhold the prize from anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion as necessary. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, or distributors will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees.
